This food was the best at a Panda's I've ever had! I commend them and would definitely recommend highly!

WAY TOO SLOW - had to wait in line for about 25 minutes just to place my order (which took me about 25 seconds). I don't understand why things take so long here, clearly they need to hire more workers and/or open up additional locations in the area.

My wife and I eat at Panda Express a lot at home. We had a late lunch at this PE. The offering were a little different. They were quite busy so cleanup was on the slow side. The food was just about what you would expect.

The best Chinese food in town. The line is always so long though. So now I call my order in. I love this place. The staff is very friendly and always checking the temps

Fast way to get hot food and variety on a long drive off the 40. Panda Express is the same no matter if you're at the mall, or a stand alone. The only thing I didn't like about this location was the seating was a bit awkward, but the bathrooms are clean and service is fine.

Seemed very clean, there was a bit of a line that seemed like it took a while to work through, but other than that I had a very enjoyable lunch.

Their food is greasy and disgusting. Even by fast food standards, this is not good tasty or healthy.

Service could be better in the morning - staff seems like they are SO unhappy. Steamed veggies with chicken are good.

Not many places are open on Christmas for lunch in Santa Fe...but this is one of them! Standard Panda Express faire, tasty and good as always. You can't beat Chinese Food on Christmas. While generally I shy away from these chains...not much you can do when nothing else is open. Good for a quick stop, clean, adequate, fair number of tables and is a stand-alone Panda Express location.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
